FOLLINA RUSTIC COMPLEX

The building is located in Follina, in province of Treviso, specifically in the Valley called Valmareno, which represents the flat area close to the Prealpi Trevigiane of the wider Valley between Vittorio Veneto and Valdobbiadene. The property consists of a main building with a rectangular plan and two symmetrical wings perpendicular to the main façade; it dates back to the 16th century, as it’s possible to verify by a panel of the adjacent oratory of S. Lorenzo and by a stone inscription of the entrance gate ashlar of the boundary wall.

STATE OF CONSERVATION

The buildings have been abandoned for years. Structures and materials have decays related in part to the lack of maintenance and partially to localized situations of instability.
