This seminar brings together very different experiences among four architects and an emergency psychologist who deal with the topic at different times and under different points of view, from the reconstruction in Emilia Romagna after the earthquake of 2012, to the reuse of architectural and landscape heritage, pouring into a constant emergency situation; the approach is interdisciplinary and combines cultural aspects with managerial and economic ones, which are the only way to the alternative architectural recovery and with high quality.
